Keon Coleman - Hurts wrist late in Week 9 win Coleman caught one of two targets for 21 yards and caught a two-point conversion in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
Impact Coleman bobbled a slant in the red zone on his only target of the first half, and the ball ended up in Jalen Ramsey's hands for an interception. The rookie receiver atoned to some extent by catching a two-point conversion in the third quarter and added a 21-yard catch in the fourth. Coleman was seen holding his wrist while walking to the locker room with trainers late in the game, per Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News, so his practice participation will bear monitoring as the Bills prepare to face the Colts in Week 10, especially since Buffalo was already without Amari Cooper (wrist) against the Dolphins.

Ray Davis - Gets free for 63-yard receiving TD Davis rushed four times for 20 yards while catching both of his targets for 70 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
Impact Most of Davis' production came on a 63-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter. He finished third among Bills running backs in rushing yards behind James Cook (10 carries for 44 yards) and Ty Johnson (three carries for 23 yards). Cook will likely continue to lead Buffalo's backfield in touches as long as he's healthy, so while Davis has flashed promising skills as both a rusher and a pass catcher, the rookie fourth-round pick's short-term fantasy value is capped by a lack of opportunities.

Dalton Kincaid - Doesn't do much with 10 targets Kincaid caught four of 10 targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
Impact Kincaid set a season high in targets, exceeding seven for the first time this season. The extra volume didn't lead to an uptick in production, but Kincaid has at least established a solid floor with over 30 yards in eight consecutive games after an 11-yard dud in the season opener. Kincaid will try to pick up the pace in Week 10 against the Colts.

Khalil Shakir - Typical production in Week 9 win Shakir caught six of seven targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
Impact Shakir finished second on the team in receiving yards behind Ray Davis (70), who got the vast majority of his production on a 63-yard touchdown catch. The Bills were without wide receiver Amari Cooper (wrist) for this one, but that didn't meaningfully affect Shakir, who is averaging 5.3 catches for 58.9 receiving yards per game heading into a Week 10 road game against the Colts.

James Cook - Gets 15 touches in Week 9 win Cook rushed 10 times for 44 yards and caught five of six targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
Impact Cook got 10 of the 17 rushing attempts among Buffalo's running backs, but backups Ray Davis and Ty Johnson were both more efficient in terms of yards per carry, and Davis had a 63-yard receiving touchdown. Cook has been feast or famine on the ground, with four games of at least 71 rushing yards and four games of 32 or fewer heading into Week 10 against the Colts. He has seven rushing touchdowns this season after scoring only four times on the ground across the 2022 and 2023 regular seasons combined.

Josh Allen - Tosses three TDs in Week 9 win Allen completed 25 of 39 passes for 235 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins. He added two rushing attempts for seven yards.
Impact Allen thought he had a 21-yard rushing touchdown in the final minute of the first half, but it was brought back by a holding penalty, and the Bills had to settle for a field goal to take a 10-6 deficit into the locker room. Buffalo's offense came alive in the third quarter, as Allen threw a one-yard touchdown pass to Mack Hollins on fourth down, then added a 63-yard touchdown pass to Ray Davis and two-point conversion to Keon Coleman on the following drive. That being said, the opportunity for Shakir to play more snaps should be available with Cooper out of the mix, and if the Bills find themselves in a negative game script and end up eschewing the run in the second half, Shakir would presumably benefit to some degree.
