Audric Estime - Flashes in garbage time Estime carried the ball five times for 35 yards in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Ravens.
Impact It was the rookie RB's best performance yet, but most of Estime's production came on a 21-yard gain on Denver's final possession of the fourth quarter while facing a 31-point deficit. The 2024 fifth-round pick is still third on the backfield depth chart behind Javonte Williams and Jaleel McLaughlin, but the latter's struggles this season -- after rushing for only 10 yards on five totes Sunday, McLaughlin has averaged 3.9 yards per carry, a huge drop from his 5.4 YPC in 2023 -- could open the door for Estime to earn a bigger role in the second half of the campaign.

Courtland Sutton - Caps big day with TD pass Sutton caught seven of 10 targets for 122 yards and threw a two-yard touchdown to Bo Nix in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Ravens.
Impact The veteran wideout produced the Broncos' only TD of the afternoon, just not in the way anyone likely expected. Sutton has erupted for back-to-back 100-yard performances, posting a combined 15-222-0 line on 21 targets, and he'll try to get back into the end zone himself for the first time since Week 6 in next Sunday's road tilt against Kansas City.

Javonte Williams - Productive on reduced volume Williams carried the ball 12 times for 42 yards and caught two of three targets for 42 yards in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Ravens.
Impact It was only the second time in the last six games that Williams failed to get at least 17 touches, but the fourth-year RB salvaged his day with a 34-yard reception that accounted for the longest gain of the contest for the Broncos. Williams has reached 80 scrimmage yards in four of those last six games, but he could have a hard time getting there in Week 10 against a stingy Kansas City run defense.

Bo Nix - Tough passing day Sunday Nix completed 19 of 33 passes for 223 yards and an interception in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Ravens. He added 36 rushing yards on six carries and caught a two-yard touchdown pass...
Impact While the rookie QB was able to supply a little value as a runner and surprisingly as a pass-catcher, Nix still has his worst performance as a passer since Week 2 -- the last time he threw more INTs than TDs. It was an especially disappointing effort given the struggles of the Baltimore secondary this season, and the fact that he had a 7:1 TD:INT over his prior four games. Nix may have a tough time rebounding in a Week 10 road clash with Kansas City.

Impact With Adam Trautman and Lucas Krull healthy, the Broncos will again opt to go with two tight ends on their 53-man roster. As a result, Dulcich will be a healthy scratch for the fifth-straight game. He last played in Week 4 versus the Jets.

Impact Turner-Yell had his 21-day practice window opened Wednesday, a limited session and then two full practices to end the week. The safety will remain on the reserve/PUP list for the time being, but considering his level of participation this week, he appears to be on the cusp of making his 2024 debut. Turner-Yell has missed the entirety of the season to his point while recovering from a torn ACL.
