Impact This was Nosek's second game of the season after he missed all of October due to an upper-body injury. He's slotted into a bottom-six role to begin his first year with the Panthers, and given the team's center depth, he's unlikely to get a look higher in the lineup without a move to the wing. He's added one shot on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating over his two appearances.

Niko Mikkola - Finding groove on offense Mikkola logged an assist, two blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Stars in Finland.

Impact Mikkola has four assists over his last five games, and that's with the 28-year-old not seeing anything more than a trace of power-play time. He's been a consistent part of the Panthers' top four on the blue line, which gives him some proximity to the team's top forwards. Overall, Mikkola has six helpers, 16 shots on net, 23 blocked shots, 15 hits, 10 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 13 appearances.

Uvis Balinskis - Collects assist in win Balinskis notched an assist in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Stars in Finland.

Impact Balinskis hadn't gotten on the scoresheet since Opening Night. The defenseman is seeing consistent power-play usage, but it hasn't helped his offense. The 28-year-old is up to two assists, nine shots on net, 11 hits, six blocked shots, seven PIM and a minus-1 rating through 13 appearances. He had just three points in 26 regular-season outings in 2023-24, his first year in the NHL, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to have a sudden uptick in scoring.

Evan Rodrigues - Opens scoring Saturday Rodrigues scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Stars in Finland.

Impact Rodrigues may never want to leave Finland -- he had three points over two games during the NHL Global Series, doubling his output for the season. The 31-year-old has maintained a top-six role even with the Panthers close to full strength at forward. He's at six points, 27 shots on net, 16 hits and a minus-6 rating through 13 contests this season. He's finished between 39 and 43 points in each of the last three campaigns, and a prominent role in Florida's offense gives him a good chance of reaching that level again in 2024-25.

Spencer Knight - Gets win after small wobble Knight made 23 saves in a 4-2 win over Dallas on Saturday in the Global Series Finland.

Impact He surrendered two goals, including a power-play marker, in a 34 second span in the second period, but that was the only wobble. Knight is now 3-1-0 with a 2.79 GAA and .902 save percentage in four starts this season. And with the Panthers' collective confidence growing, Knight is a strong start in daily formats.

A.J. Greer - Production up along with ice time Greer scored a goal Saturday in a 4-2 win over the Stars in the Global Series Finland.

Impact It was his first goal as a Panther, and it stood as the winner. Tomas Novak won a face-off early in the third period and Greer wired a wrist shot past Spencer Knight. His average ice time (12:13) is up significantly from his career average (8:54). He won't help you with special teams production, but Greer could deliver his first triple century (PIM/hits/shots) season, along with 20 points. And that makes him a valuable multi-category guy in a deep league.

Matthew Tkachuk - Gets PPG, but quiet start continues Tkachuk scored a power-play goal Saturday in a 4-2 win in the Global Series Finland.

Impact He was parked in front of the net and showed of his great hands with a slick tip that beat Casey DeSmith of the Stars. Tkachuk now has eight points, including three goals, in eight games this season. He's scuffled to start the season, but remember -- he did the same last year. Tkachuk put up 24 points in his first 34 games in 2023-24, and then caught fire with 64 in his last 46. And like last season, he's coming off a long Cup playoffs. He'll be fine. You need the production in the second half, especially in head-to-head.

Sam Reinhart - Off to record start Reinhart scored a goal and added an assist Saturday in a 4-2 win over Dallas in the Global Series Finland.

Impact He's tied with Nico Hischier and Cole Caufield for the NHL lead with 10 goals. Reinhart has 21 points (10 goals, 11 assists) in 13 games, the fewest required to reach 20 points in Panthers history. And those 21 points tie him with Kirill Kaprizov for the league lead. Reinhart not only picked up where he left off after a career season last year, but he's exceeding it this one. HIs fantasy value is high and will increase when he and the Panthers start to deliver more with the man advantage. Only four of Reinhart's points have come on the power play.
